Due to the nature of our products (research-grade peptides and biological compounds), we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+61431150692) with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.

Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
