Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (research compounds), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will assess and offer a replacement where appropriate.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
